Monday, June 9th, Marvel and NBC team up to provide fans of brutish mindlessness with enough of both to, well, want to watch American Gladiators - since, at 8 o'clock (ET) that night, American Gladiators will be airing a Hulk-themed episode complete with special guest Lou Ferrigno and green make-up.
Yep, Hulk Hogan and ex-Hulk Lou Ferrigno will both be in the newly "hulked-out" green Gladiator Arena. Titan will be going green for the episode, as pictured above; also, it appears science teacher Tony Tolbert will be going up against Landon Jones, a survivor of the Columbine High School shooting.
On the women's end of things, crime reporter Rochelle Gilken will be facing off against Army veteran Chuanda Mason.
Those of you who plan on watching will get a sneak peek at the Incredible Hulk, coming to theaters this Friday, June 13th. Those of you who plan on maintaining your dignity will have a movie experience that is that much more enjoyable, and get to maintain your dignity at the same time. I mean, look at that photo. This entire idea is utterly absurd.
