Marvel has released a trailer for Hulk Vs Wolverine, an animated tale reimagining the classic match from Incredible Hulk #181.
The trailer can be found here. Sounds to me like Steve Blum has reprised his voice-acting role from the X-Men: Legends series and Marvel Ultimate Alliance.
This partnership with Lionsgate feels like a really smart idea. There's no way this slugfest could play out in 30 minutes in an animated television series, and there's no way this would merit a live-action film, or even a theatrical release.
Hulk Vs Wolverine will be hitting DVD shelves in January, or, if you're going to San Diego Comic Con, you can go to the premiere screening and panel discussion featuring co-writer Chris Yost, supervising director and co-writer Craig Kyle, and producer and supervising director and producer Frank Paur.
